Job description

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Stow position involves locating a cart, scanning the cart ID to find a location to stow 50-150 units with a focus on accuracy and proficiency. The role requires meeting production standards of 150 Units per hour. Training and individual coaching will be provided to help associates achieve the required Units per hour. Warehouse location is in Redlands, Ca.

Payrate 18/hr

1st Shift Full Time

Start time 4am to 12:30pm - Occasional OT 2:30pm

Shift: Friday through Tuesday; days off Wednesday Thursday

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
- Ability to operate scanning equipment and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items as needed.
- Willingness to receive training and coaching for performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
