• Utilize JavaScript and Low-Code/No-Code tools to extend application functionality.
• Perform issue investigation and root cause analysis using Splunk logs and other monitoring tools.
• Handle application configurations, user support, and issue triaging effectively.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyze issues and identify underlying causes.
• Support new feature testing in coordination with development teams.
