The Opportunity:

I’m hiring someone to take over a large portion of the operations of this business as we continue to scale and my responsibilities continue to grow.

Right now, I have a window the next 6 to 12 months to mentor and develop one individual to step into a significant role inside this company. After that window closes, the person I pick will be running pieces of the business that today sit on my plate.

  • You’ll see how I think, how I read a P&L, how I solve problems, how I build culture, how I coach team members, and how I make hard calls

My Path: The Path I Want to Give You:

I started in this company as an entry-level team member. I worked up into an Assistant General Manager position, then General Manager, and from there I kept earning more responsibility until I ended up running the majority of operations for the company as COO.

I want to provide that exact same path for somebody else.

We have an extremely elite business model that I believe has national scale potential, but I need people who can learn it from the ground up.

One of my core beliefs is this: if you’re going to manage people underneath you, you need to have an expert-level understanding of their roles. You cannot lead what you do not understand.

This is a position where you’ll go through a real journey being exposed to what it takes to be an elite team member, an assistant manager, and a general manager. You’ll get full exposure to the My Fit Foods operation, and everything in between.

By the end, you’ll have a level of understanding most operators in this industry never get to. From there, you’ll be a leader the team deserves.

  • Take full ownership of hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team
  • Provide weekly mentorship and coaching to your people
  • Lead by example on world-class customer service and develop your team to match
  • Own your P&L analyze financials, build growth plans, and execute against KPIs
  • Ensure operational excellence across cleanliness, inventory, payroll, and compliance
  • Partner directly with me on local marketing and community outreach
  • Run regular performance check-ins to reinforce accountability
