WhatYou'llDo

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents for glazing projects
  • Prepareaccuratequantity take-offs and pricing estimates for curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and other glazing systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability for materials and services
  • Develop andsubmitbid proposals within tight timelines
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to align project expectations and cost scopes
  • Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating databases to streamline your workflow
  • Maintain historical pricing records and contribute to ongoing improvements in estimating accuracy

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years'experience ofcommercialGlazingestimation
  • Architectural Technology Diploma, Construction Engineering Technologies Diploma, Estimating Certificate, education in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and glazing systems
  • Solid analytical and math skills to support cost estimating and value engineering
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Highlyorganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
