About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Sr Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, supporting Jos. A. Bank. This role helps lead banner marketing strategy and planning, translating priorities into actionable plans, coordinating the cross-functional operating rhythm and ensuring marketing efforts deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Lead development of annual and seasonal marketing strategies for Jos. A. Bank.
• Translate enterprise and merchandising priorities into clear marketing plans and seasonal stories.
• Partner with Analytics and Media to define KPIs, targets, and testing plans.
• Monitor weekly performance and recommend adjustments to messaging, channel mix, and budget allocation.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of campaigns, milestones, and key dependencies.
• Drive alignment across Merchandising, Finance, Creative, Media, Analytics, Digital, and Stores.
• Own the banner marketing calendar, planning milestones, and key working processes.
• Build and maintain briefs, scorecards, timelines, and planning tools that improve consistency and speed.
• Partner with Creative and Media early to strengthen briefs, storytelling, and execution.
• Coordinate handoffs across teams to improve launch readiness and reduce rework.
• Translate business goals and customer insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Influence partners, navigate tradeoffs, and help drive timely decisions.
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in enterprise marketing strategy, integrated planning, or retail/consumer growth roles.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across Marketing, Digital, and Store teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and execution across Merchandising, Creative, Media, Finance, Insights & Analytics.
• Working knowledge of marketing measurement, including KPI frameworks & testing approaches.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
• Structured problem solving and the ability to turn strategy into clear action plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence partners and present ideas clearly.
• Professional presence and sound judgment in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The base pay range is $116,000 - $177,900. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy.
