Job description

Position Purpose:
The Store Planner is responsible for the independent production of floor plan deliverables as set by project scope and Store Planning leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 60% Develop store plans/construction documents based on existing guidelines/scope while leveraging financial data to drive store performance. Meet timelines and quality metrics set forth by Store Planning Leadership.
  • 15% Complies with all building regulations, corporate and internal standards (ADA, safety, fire code, CAD standards, compliance elements, bay guides/fixtures, file structure integrity).
  • 10% Support continuous communication and integration with external groups to ensure cross functional compliance and alignment of the related project or task
  • 10% Contribute to continual process and tool improvements.
  • 5% Other duties as assigned.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
  • Reports to Sr Manager Store Planning or Manager Store Planning
  • No direct reports.

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
