Store Manager for Perry IA - Job Description

Responsibilities of Manager include, but are not limited to:

Leading & Coaching the Team

? Hold the team accountable
? Direct the barista station workflow and maintain quality and speed of service
? Maintain confident, positive demeanor during stressful circumstances
? Provide feedback and encouragement to employees
? Answer questions and field team member phone calls as needed

? Use good judgement to know when to contact Store Owner with emergency situations

Paperwork Tasks & Meetings

? Complete inventory and enter Harvest order in shopping cart each week
? Complete payroll and submit to payroll provider on a bi-weekly basis.
? Interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees
? Check Tandem Enterprises email address daily (during scheduled working hours) and respond to emails from Corporate and Store Owners in a timely fashion

? Other tasks as assigned by Store Owner at their discretion
? Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with Store Owner. Bring any ideas for growth, professional development needs, and questions to this meeting.

Schedule

? Lead and coach your team through rushes
? Uphold strong customer service
? Maintain store cleanliness both inside and outside
? Upsell drink size, food, and drink add-ins
? Hold team members accountable for all company policies and procedures
? Serve as point of contact for team member questions

? This includes being available for phone calls and handling all personnel situations as they arise
? Coach the team as to what constitutes an emergency and, therefore, a phone call
? Maintain flexibility to work nights in order to train new team members, or re-train existing team members
