Job description

Description
At Justice Cannabis Co., we believe great brands are built by great people. We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and driven Marketing Manager to help support and execute marketing initiatives across our growing multi-state cannabis organization.
This role works directly alongside the Director of Marketing to help keep projects moving, campaigns organized, vendors aligned, and creative materials polished and on brand. From retail promotions and store openings to product launches and branded events, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in bringing ideas to life while helping maintain consistency, quality, and execution across all markets and business units.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative and operational marketing - someone who can think strategically while also managing timelines, details, and follow-through.
Why Join Justice Cannabis Co.?
At Justice, we move fast, think big, and stay hands-on. We are continuing to build a people-first culture focused on growth, accountability, creativity, and collaboration. Our marketing team is highly involved in the day-to-day business and works closely with operations, retail, compliance, and leadership across multiple markets.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Enjoys owning projects and driving execution
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Has a sharp eye for branding, creative, and detail
  • Can balance creativity with organization and operational execution
  • Wants to contribute ideas, not just complete tasks
  • Is comfortable working across multiple brands, markets, and initiatives
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple markets and business units
  • Review creative materials, campaigns, and marketing assets for quality, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Support retail campaigns, product launches, events, and activations
  • Coordinate vendors, production timelines, signage, merchandise, and promotional materials
  • Assist with social content, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and creative development
  • Track marketing inventory, branded merchandise, and promotional supplies
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, retail, compliance, and leadership teams
  • Support KPI reporting, campaign analysis, and marketing performance tracking
  • Help ensure marketing initiatives remain compliant with cannabis advertising regulations
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to identify creative inconsistencies and provide thoughtful feedback
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and managing production timelines
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and move projects forward proactively
  • Experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries preferred
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized. They are comfortable balancing both creative and operational responsibilities and understand how to keep projects moving while maintaining high standards for quality and execution.
If you enjoy being part of a collaborative, growing organization where marketing has a direct impact on the business, this is your role.
