Working closely with the Store Management Team, this role ensures operational excellence, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and develops a high-performing staff.The Store Manager plays a key role in driving results, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive team culture. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure entire Store Staff are operating on ERIK'S RailsEnsure all customers receive the highest level of service. HTP.Responsible all aspects of store operations Additional ResponsibilitiesTo successfully host the party, every retail team member must remain flexible to meet both customer and store needs.
