Job Description

Responsible for the day to day operations, performance and profitability of
an assigned store. This includes ensuring operational standards are met, financial standards and goals
are achieved and customer service levels are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Establish and track store operating goals to ensure profitability.
Achieve and maintain profitability for store.
Maintain the highest level of customer service within store.
Maintain the highest level of compliance with all company policies, procedures and applicable
laws.
Ensure proper asset and inventory controls are in place.
Manage sales team in completing sales plans and activities.
Ensure company safety standards are in place and followed.
Perform opening/closing duties in accordance with company policy & procedure.
Enhance and promote the company name and image.
Manage sales team to perform marketing duties to increase sales.
Manage store staff to complete duties which include rentals, sales, verifications, collections,
installations, etc. as necessary.
Recruit, hire, train, develop and manage staff within store.
Develop Assistant Managers and Managers-In-Training to become successful Store Managers.
Assign duties to workers and schedule break periods, work hours and vacations.
Listen to and resolve customer complaints to restore and promote good public relations.
Utilize internal company resources including intranet, fitment guide, etc., when needed.
Ability to work Saturdays and split days off until 7 p.m. or later.
Ability to travel by any conventional mode of travel.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or two year certificate from a technical college; or one year or more
supervisory/management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous
RTO and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable.

Language Ability:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write
reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from upper management, employees, vendors, customers and the general public.
Ability to read, speak and understand Spanish desirable
