The Store Manager oversees all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining high standards of store presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team, optimize inventory levels, and maintain excellent customer service. The Store Manager is also responsible for coordinating staff schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
  • Oversee store sales activities and analyze performance metrics
