MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
Our Store Managers are responsible for building, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams that embody our brand values and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience. Through strategic leadership, coaching, and talent development, they drive sales performance while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
As brand ambassadors, Store Managers lead by example, ensuring every client receives a personalized, elevated service experience that exceeds expectations and cultivates lasting loyalty. They also partner closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute impactful in-store events and activations that enhance brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support business growth.

Sales Leadership amp; Business Performance
Drive and exceed store sales goals, profitability targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business performance to identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve individual and team results.
Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring the team to consistently achieve exceptional performance.
Provide ongoing coaching, tools, and development to empower Beauty Specialists to build meaningful client relationships through personalized clienteling.
Drive individual and team accountability for delivering exceptional service standards and achieving sales objectives.
Talent Leadership amp; Team Development
Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Specialists.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, professionalism, creativity, and continuous learning.
Conduct regular performance discussions, coaching sessions, and development planning to maximize team effectiveness.
Partner with Human Resources to address employee relations and performance matters in a timely and professional manner.
Develop schedules that optimize business needs while ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
Client Experience
Champion an elevated luxury client experience by ensuring personalized, knowledgeable, and memorable service with every interaction.
Inspire Beauty Specialists to cultivate long-term client relationships that drive loyalty, retention, and repeat business.
Ensure all team members maintain expert knowledge of products, services, brands, and emerging beauty trends.
Operations amp; Store Excellence
Oversee all day-to-day operational functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and profitable store operations.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels by partnering with the Buying Team to forecast and communicate store-specific inventory needs.
Ensure the sales floor, stockroom, and all non-selling areas meet company standards for organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and ensure all merchandising guidelines are executed consistently.
Encourage innovative merchandising ideas while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Meet all deadlines established by Corporate, Buying, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Communication amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary communication link between Corporate, Buyers, Marketing, Store Directors, and the store team, ensuring timely and effective communication of company initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to successfully execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store events.
Community Engagement amp; Brand Development
Serve as a passionate brand ambassador, strengthening the store's presence within the local community.
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing and Store Director to maximize the store's local marketing initiatives, social media presence, and community events.
Identify, develop, and execute community engagement initiatives that support business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
Represent the brand at community events and networking opportunities to expand market presence and reinforce the company's luxury reputation.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days may vary depending upon business needs. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related discipline
Work Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in luxury retail store management
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Demonstrated success leading, developing, and motivating high-performing retail teams.
Experience delivering exceptional client service within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Strong understanding of luxury skincare, fragrance, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
Experience in clienteling and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strong business acumen with experience analyzing sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and retail point-of-sale (POS) systems; experience with CounterPoint or similar retail management systems preferred.
