Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of store operations to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead a high-performing team. This role assists in managing sales performance, staffing, merchandising, inventory coordination, and operational standards while ensuring the store reflects the brand and meets financial goals. The Assistant Store Manager partners closely with warehouse, delivery, and corporate teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and merchandising
  • Drive revenue through sales leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop store associates
  • Ensure showroom presentation, pricing accuracy, and visual standards
  • Manage store expenses, budgets, and operational controls
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures

Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred
