Your Impact
The Manager, Yield Operations for Lowe's Media Network (LMN) is responsible for executing and operationalizing LMN's yield strategy across onsite, offsite, programmatic, CRM, and emerging retail media channels. This role manages inventory health, pricing execution, forecasting support, reporting, and operational optimization to maximize inventory utilization and revenue performance.
 
Working closely with Sales, Media Planning, Campaign Operations, Ad Operations, Analytics, Product, and Technology, this position translates strategic direction into scalable operational processes, actionable insights, and continuous yield improvements across LMN's advertising ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Own inventory management including forecasting and monitoring inventory for Categories and Advertisers.
Leverage campaign performance data to analyze and identify new ways to maximize ad revenue and provide actionable recommendations to Sales teams to hit goals.
Lead Advertiser trends, performance, and action-oriented metric reviews with internal teams (revenue, impressions, clicks by Advertiser/campaigns).
Work with Sales and Business Ops to identify potential areas of opportunities and risks with contracts and connect those with financial impact.
Own the enforcement of policies and processes related to makegoods, pricing, and discounts.
Work with Business Ops and Sales to define the process in managing premium inventory bookings while working with Tools teams to build automated solutions.
Work with the Analytics and Tech teams to build operational and revenue models that show the impact of the Yield Ops strategies.
Strong written, presentation and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly and easily.
Partner with Media Planning, Campaign Operations, Sales, Digital Product, Analytics, and Technology to execute inventory and yield initiatives. 
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
5 years Progressive campaign management, media planning, project management or media strategy experience.
3 years Progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.
3 years Cross-functional and collaborative project or team management
Experience working with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or retail media platforms.
 
Preferred Skills/Education
Master's degree MBA, Analytics, Statistics
2 years Familiarity with statistical programming language
2 years CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
Pay Range: $101,100.00 - $168,900.00 annually
