Collaborate with leadership to develop meaningful role-specific KPIs and reporting that support individual and firm-wide success.
  • Culture & Organizational Leadership: Serve as a steward of the firm's culture by modeling its core values and fostering an environment built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support leaders in creating an engaged, high-performing team while helping navigate change, reinforcing expectations, and strengthening communication across the organization.
