The Assistant Store Manager is a key driver of sales and customer satisfaction within our retail stores. Responsible for shaping a comprehensive store strategy aligned with our corporate values and mission, the individual oversees operational aspects including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The ASM actively collaborates to achieve store objectives and facilitates team development. The employeesโ€™ weekly hours will be adjusted to 32 or fewer as per business needs.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining key performance indicators.
