Service Greeter
Pay: $18-$19 hourly
Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts. We will discuss exact days at the interview. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.
Department Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule appointments and welcome the client when they arrive
  • Provide a professional and welcoming first impression of Michael's Toyota
  • Determine the nature of our client's visit and escort the client to the appropriate department/area
  • Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide exceptional service
  • Provide administrative support to the staff
  • Maintain client refreshments and waiting areas

What You'll Bring
  • Confidence in customer service engagement.
  • We prefer 1+ year of prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
  • Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The earning range in this role is $18 to $19 hourly.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
