Are you ready to build world-class SAGE fly fishing products in one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful locations?
Far Bank Enterprises is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our SAGE Manufacturing team as a Production Associate on Bainbridge Island, Washington.
As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, helping create premium products known throughout the fly-fishing industry for their quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities- Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks according to established quality and production standards.
- Follow detailed specifications and production guidelines.
- Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination.
- Strong ability to perform detailed manual and visual work.
- Ability to follow and understand production specifications and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
