Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Manager – Strategic Accounts to help drive growth across our expanding portfolio of licensed brands—including LEGO, John Deere, Smokey Bear, and Tetris. Our product categories include backpacks, lunch bags, luggage, storage solutions, and other carry accessories.
This mid-level role is ideal for a sales professional with strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, an understanding of wholesale selling, and a passion for licensed consumer products. You’ll be responsible for acquiring and managing key customer accounts and sales, leading seasonal sales initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales across new and existing licensed brands and merchandise categories.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans for key accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Manage pre-book orders, seasonal product launches, and promotional sales events.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular business reviews and account planning sessions.
  • Identify and capture new distribution opportunities and negotiate terms with potential wholesale and retail partners.
  • Monitor sales performance against projections and adjust plans based on market trends and results.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of purchase orders.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings, including events like Toy Fair.
  • Partner with internal teams on strategic special projects to support sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing, inventory, and finance teams to develop campaigns, ensure profitability, and maintain efficient inventory flow.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or licensed products. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with sales tracking tools, CRM systems, and forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer meetings.
