Join our team in this highly visible role supporting members of the Senior Leadership Team and helping drive the effectiveness of our organization.Reporting to the SVP, Chief People Officer, the Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to several executives, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and exercises exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
In This Role, You Will
  • Manage complex executive calendars, priorities, and schedules across multiple leaders and time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring efficient planning and execution
  • Prepare, edit, and support executive communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports, maintaining accuracy and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Organize leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and key business events
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, helping leaders stay focused on the highest priorities
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly as priorities evolve

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • High School Diploma and 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment; or Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of related experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
