The Sales Director is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profitability, and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional, relationship-driven client experience. Through disciplined performance management, CRM utilization, and client engagement strategies, this leader ensures consistent results in a competitive luxury environment. In close partnership with the Store Director, this role oversees daily sales performance, team development, and operational execution while upholding elevated standards of luxury service and hospitality.
The Sales Director fosters a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence, ensuring every client interaction reflects company values and builds long-term trust.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership & Performance Management
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration through execution of strategic sales initiatives aligned with store and regional objectives.
  • Communicate and align daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with the team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide real-time sales floor leadership and coaching to elevate performance and conversion.
  • Deliver biweekly one-on-one coaching based on performance insights and client engagement metrics.
  • Create and execute targeted activations and initiatives to drive business growth within budget guidelines.

Client Experience & Clienteling
  • Champion exceptional hospitality standards and hold the team accountable to luxury service expectations.
  • Ensure disciplined CRM utilization to support clienteling, retention, and long-term relationship development.
  • Coach Client Advisors on building trust-based relationships and closing high-value sales.
  • Oversee resolution of client concerns with professionalism and discretion, escalating as appropriate.
  • Lead and support strategic client events and outreach initiatives to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Execute targeted activations and in-store initiatives within budget.
  • Identify local partnership opportunities that support client acquisition.
  • Maintain competitive awareness of market positioning and trends.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing Client Advisors.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Address performance and attendance matter in partnership with Store Director and HR when necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative, motivating environment that promotes professional growth and accountability.
  • Ensure all team members are proficient in brand knowledge, product expertise, POS systems, CRM tools, and company standards.
  • Develop succession planning and continuously build a strong talent pipeline.

Allocation Oversight
  • Provide strategic direction on product allocations in alignment with sales KPIs, client development priorities, and revenue objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Rolex Liaison Manager, who serves as the primary allocator of product, ensuring allocations reflect client strategy and brand guidelines.

  • Monitor allocation trends and outcomes, adjusting strategy as needed to support KPIs and client retention goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ข 3-5+ years of relevant luxury retail experience, including at least one years of management experience.
