Store Managers are responsible for leading store operations, developing high-performing sales teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitable growth. This role combines leadership, coaching, sales management, operational excellence, and customer service to ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company and Verizon performance expectations.

Store Managers must live within a 40-mile radius of their assigned store within 60 days of starting the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership amp; Team Development

  • Manage, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Lead by example through personal sales performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement employee performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and career development discussions.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and engaging work environment.
  • Effectively manage employee turnover and staffing needs.
  • Ensure all employees understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Be present for all new hire onboarding and setup activities.

Sales amp; Business Performance

  • Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Manage business funnels, customer follow-up activities, and lead generation efforts.
