Job Description
Domino's strategic investment for Global Store Digital Products requires a strong Team Lead, UX Design to set standards and lead the design practice for all Global Store Digital Products value-added applications' development efforts.
The Team Lead, UX Design is tasked primarily with defining, designing, documenting, communicating, and maintaining the visual design of Domino's Global Store Digital Products with the goal of improving the performance of our applications against our key KPIs. This position is also accountable for design process implementation and related artifacts. The Team Lead, UX Design drives the collaboration with business area(s), IS, and technology vendors to help set and execute the design vision for software development projects.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Product Design Practice
  • Lead product design of complex, enterprise-scale products for Global Store Digital Products, including internal tools and administrative platforms that support operational and configuration-heavy workflows.
  • Drive end-to-end UX strategy and execution, translating complex business rules, technical constraints, and user needs into clear, scalable experiences.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems and shared patterns, ensuring consistency across products while accommodating complex enterprise needs.
  • Mentor and support other designers by providing feedback, establishing best practices, and raising the overall quality and consistency of design output across the team.
  • Represent design in planning, review, and decision-making forums, clearly communicating rationale and advocating for user-centered solutions with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and accurately implemented, adjusting solutions as needed without compromising user experience.
  • Partner across product, engineering, marketing, operations, and adjacent teams to align on goals, navigate constraints, and drive solutions from concept through delivery, ensuring outcomes are successfully executed and adopted.
  • Operate with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy, managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing effectively, and balancing near-term delivery with long-term experience health.
  • Lead cross-functional design reviews and internal critiques to ensure design solutions are delivered on time while upholding high experience standards.
  • Create and maintain clear, durable design documentation, including interaction logic, edge cases, and constraints, to support implementation, onboarding, and long-term product evolution.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging UX patterns, and evolving best practices, proactively applying relevant insights to improve product quality, scalability, and long-term experience strategy.
  • Responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritization, and building a culture of design excellence.
  • Coordinates and maintains third party design vendor engagements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in UX design, graphic design, computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field OR equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional visual design and prototyping skills, with advanced proficiency in Figma and a strong command of contemporary design patterns, interaction models, and Figma best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in medium to large scale system implementation efforts using multiple SDLC methodologies such as Agile, RUP, Waterfall, etc. (Agile Scrum desired)
  • Strong understanding of modern web and app development fundamentals, including frontend frameworks, APIs, and backend services.
  • Strong proficiency across modern web and mobile design patterns, with the ability to apply appropriate interaction models, layouts, and behaviors based on platform and use case.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills; Excellent organization and management skills.
  • Proven track record building and leading a team of product designers and working with cross-functional software development teams.
  • Has foundational experience playing a contributing role in full cycle software delivery as a product designer, business analyst, developer or quality expert (previous development experience preferred).
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in Restaurant Chain, Quick Service or Retail Industry
  • Experience in leading UI/UX designs teams
  • Strong Interaction Design skills: wireframing, prototyping; HTML5 and CSS3 a plus
  • Experience with Android/Material Design principles: GUI design & usability a plus
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
  • Understands, can participate in and facilitate complex solution discussions.
  • Able to work on multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in application development.
  • Experience in product design and research.
