This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, ownership, and making things run beautifully. You'll lead the Riverwalk Scoop Shop day-to-day and play a key supporting role in growing our catering business. • Competitive pay with bonus opportunities
  • Health benefits, PTO, and wellness support
  • A people-first, purpose-driven culture

  • Drive sales up and costs down without losing the fun
  • Uphold all food safety standards, POS accuracy, and cash handling procedures
  • Be available for late nights (past 11pm), weekends, and select holidays -- this is a dessert business, and the best hours aren't 9-to-5

  • Show up for events: prep before and after, ensure operational excellence on-site, and motivate the crew
  • Maintain presentation standards, portion control, and proper serving temperatures at every event
  • Help build a motivated team culture where growth and advancement are real possibilities
  • Be comfortable working outdoors and able to lift, carry, and move approximately 25 lbs

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of management or general management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
  • Operational confidence and a team-focused mindset
