We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our Midtown Plaza, Saskatoon Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience
  • Lead by example, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and customer appointment bookings
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised salon that meets Chatters’ standards
  • Share product knowledge and support training, onboarding, and development of team members
  • Step in as a leader when needed, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact customers and the team
