About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Solutions Engineer to join our team in the US. In this role, you will support pre-sales and project delivery by preparing technical documentation, coordinating cross-functional communication, and maintaining high-quality standards for all solution materials.


Key Responsibilities

· Assist in developing technical solution proposals, configuration lists, boundary condition statements, and compiling supporting technical documents.

· Participate in client requirement clarification meetings; produce meeting minutes, issue trackers, and key action items.

· Maintain version control for project solution documents, ensuring timely updates to status and version numbers.

· Support the preparation of internal and external training materials and assist in training delivery.

· Consolidate standard solution templates and historical project documentation; continuously optimize the standard document library.

· Collaborate across teams (Applications, Sales, Delivery, etc.) to ensure documentation alignment and smooth workflows.

· Perform quality reviews of documentation, including formatting, parameter accuracy, numbering, and attachment completeness.

· Summarize solution-related issues, support post-mortem reviews, and document improvement actions.


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy, or related fields.

· 2+ years of experience in pre-sales support, technical support, or solution/proposal coordination.

· Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and flowchart tools; capable of preparing configuration lists.

· Skilled in technical documentation, meeting minutes, and maintaining version records/trackers.

· Knowledge of energy storage systems, PCS, EMS, or power distribution is a plus.

· Strong learning ability and client-facing communication experience; detail-oriented with a clear sense of version control.
