Store Manager – Self-Storage Facility


All American Storage, a trusted leader with over 40 years of experience in owning and managing commercial, industrial, and self-storage properties across Indiana, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our self-storage facility in Bloomington, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a well-established company known for its commitment to quality service and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the facility

- Analyze reports related to occupancy levels, payments, and maintenance schedules to optimize performance

- Conduct daily surveys of the property to identify signs of damage or tenant misconduct

- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants both in person and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Manage opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits, cash handling, and petty cash records

- Drive sales growth through effective unit rentals and promoting property protection services

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition

- Enforce property policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property management, preferably within the self-storage industry

- Strong organizational and analytical skills to interpret reports and manage daily operations

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
