Description
The Program Manager and Sales Strategist will create and implement plans to promote living services through inpatient, outpatient, and community outreach programs and coordinate marketing efforts. This role focuses on raising awareness, developing strong referral networks, and increasing census by aligning marketing and sales efforts with the organization's mission of providing exceptional customer service and person-centered care. This position ensures that residents receive services appropriate to their needs while maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The role combines administrative leadership oversight with sales in alignment with the Franciscan values and mission of Stonehill Communities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field and/or 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic marketing preferably within healthcare, senior living, or related services.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of senior living services, healthcare delivery systems, and community resources.
  • Must be a supportive team member, contribute to, and be an example of teamwork and the collaborative team concept.
  • Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage responsibilities under little supervision.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, with a demonstrated ability to use computer programs for training and communications.
