Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Building meaningful and long-term customer relationships.
  • Have comprehensive proficiency ranging in stone, tile, and plumbing knowledge to design trends in the luxury market.
  • Use “relationship selling” techniques through design consultations in residential new construction and high-end renovations to maximize selling opportunities. 
  • Take pride in the design process! 
  • In-House Lunch & Learns
  • 3-5 in-house Lunch & Learns per branch per quarter are hosted by you and focused on building relationships with associates, designers, builders, and partners.
  • Individual Event Participation - Each Representative must attend 2 industry-related events per quarter.
  • Business Development / Hunting
  • Customer visits, prospecting, and active hunting for new business should be reflected on the calendar when applicable. These activities are a critical part of building long-term, repeat business.

  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
  • Desire to work in a commissioned sales environment.
