Job description

Blackhawk Tile and Stone is a family-owned commercial tile installation company. We are seeking experienced tile-setters to join our thriving business. We love working with employees who want to be part of a strong team, who take pride in their work, and enjoy what they do.

• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Regular pay reviews based on skill improvements
• Company-supplied safety equipment including Red Wing boots and ProKnee kneepads
• Excellent benefits include health care, disability, vision, dental, life insurance and 401K
• We pay half of the employee’s benefits premium. The company also contributes $50/month to a Health Savings Account.
• PTO/Vacation 48 hours per year, ability to rollover unused to the next year
• Employee appreciation events
• Overtime availability for those who want it
• Occasional travel with employer covering hotel and travel costs
• Opportunities to work prevailing wage jobs that pay up to $73/hour
• Hourly rate starting at $35 for experienced setters, higher based on Journeyman experience level. Employee must have reliable transportation, willingness to work hard, and show up on time. Blackhawk Professional Construction Services and affiliated companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
