Northwest Regional Sales Manager
Northwest U.S. | Field Based | Regional Travel | No Direct Reports

This role is based out of SF Bay Area with travel throughout the greater territory including Pacific North West, and Western Canada

About the Opportunity
An established manufacturer in the premium tile and surfaces category is seeking a Northwest Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow sales across the region. This field-based role focuses on strengthening relationships with distributors, dealers, and the design community while expanding market presence.

Candidates currently selling tile, stone, slabs, decorative surfaces, or premium building materials are strongly encouraged to apply.

This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working closely with distributor partners, supporting showroom teams, and developing specification opportunities with architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the Southwest region through strong partnerships with distributor and dealer networks
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor principals, outside sales teams, and showroom partners
• Conduct regular market visits providing product training, merchandising guidance, and in-market support
• Call on architects, designers, and specification influencers to drive project opportunities
• Partner with distributor sales teams to identify and develop key project opportunities
• Support product launches and local market initiatives that increase awareness and drive sell-through
• Develop and execute territory plans focused on long-term market development
• Track activity, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools
• Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows, and design-focused functions
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in tile, stone, decorative surfaces, flooring, or related building materials
• Experience working through distributor and showroom channels
• Established relationships with distributors, dealers, and/or the A&D community preferred
• Strong territory management and organizational skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage a regional territory
• Relationship-driven sales approach with strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with regional travel and regular in-market customer visits
• Experience using CRM and standard business tools
