This on-site role involves working directly at job sites to oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the transportation and organization of materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Operate and oversee the use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safe handling.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, conducting regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Oversee and track job progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Take proactive ownership of tasks, working independently when required.
  • Foster strong client relationships by addressing their needs and providing clear, consistent project updates.

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working on-site, outdoors, and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • 2+ years of construction experience is preferred, but weโ€™re happy to train the right person.
