Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the Facilities team responsible for maintaining the exceptional standards of Oak Hill's buildings, systems, and equipment. This position provides hands-on leadership in daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and facility improvements.

The ideal candidate is a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and ensuring a safe, reliable, and welcoming environment for our members, guests, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support daily maintenance operations, ensuring work orders and projects are completed efficiently and to established standards
· Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance related to HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, and general building systems
· Execute and maintain preventive maintenance programs for club facilities, equipment, and systems
· Partner with the Director of Facilities on projects, capital improvements, renovations, and vendor coordination
· Respond to facility needs and emergencies, including participation in an on-call rotation as required
· Assist with inspections, testing, and documentation of fire protection and life safety systems
· Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and supplies while assisting with purchasing needs
· Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
· Maintain organized, clean, and professional work areas
· Support the overall operational needs of the club

Qualifications

· High School diploma or GED required
· Technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred
· 10+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, or a related field preferred
· Strong knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
