• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to best fit client situations.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and our internal compliance standards.
• Actively participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to share knowledge and continually improve the quality of care delivered to clients.
• Engage with clients and their families, providing education and support about mental health conditions and treatment options, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.

Our clientele spans a diverse demographic, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities that contribute to crafting effective therapy strategies.
