We're seeking a Urologist specializing in stone disease and reconstructive procedures, who is committed to deep patient connection and thoughtful, whole-person care.
Role Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, manage, and surgically treat urinary stone disease and reconstructive urologic disorders
  • Perform endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open reconstructive surgeries
  • Collaborate with uro-oncology, nephrology, and primary care to develop multidisciplinary care plans
  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts, patient education, and preventive urology initiatives
  • Use EMR and telehealth tools to extend patient access and streamline care
Qualifications
  • MD or DO + accredited urology residency
  • Board-certified or eligible in Urology
  • Eligible for Alabama medical license
  • Strong surgical and procedural experience in reconstructive cases
  • Empathy, communication, and teamwork orientation
