Job description

Position Title: Stockroom Lead

Reports To: Store Management Team

Essential Position Responsibilities:

As a Stockroom Lead, you will support the store management team in a specified area of emphasis such as Stockroom.

  • This would include a combination of; the execution of the daily business, customer engagement, store operations, talent supervision, and merchandising standards in the store.
  • Primary role is overseeing shipment deliveries and maintaining replenishment of stock levels on the sales floor, and ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved.
  • Ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction while maximizing productivity and profitability.
    • Responsible for the upkeep and organization of the stockroom.
    • Responsible for the accuracy of the stockroom row/bin scanner process.
    • Footwear ran up into the correct bins and skus assigned to the correct row and bin #.
    • Apparel boxes organized forprocessing by the sales floor team.
    • Excess fixture hardware maintained in neat and organized fashion
    • Excess hangers, sensors, and store supplies organized.
    • Single shoes re-boxed the same day as removal from display.
    • Stockroom swept on a routine basis
    • Trash gathered and prepared for removal by MOD

  • Understanding the importance of Quality Customer Service.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements necessary to execute the position's responsibilities, including but not limited to:

-Ability to utilize a 4-foot, 6-foot and 8-foot ladder.

-Ability to handle cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.

-Required to stand for long periods of time during their shifts.
