Job description

Merchandise Stock Room Associate
Keep the Gift Shop stocked, organized, and ready for our guests!
Pirates Voyage is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Merchandise Stock Room Associate to support our retail operations. This position works behind the scenes to keep merchandise organized, inventory on hand, and the Gift Shop ready to provide a great experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and organize merchandise shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stock room.
  • Restock merchandise in the Gift Shop as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Help ensure merchandise is available and ready for our retail team.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining merchandise displays in the Gift Shop.
  • Provide support to the Merchandise and other departments as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Typically scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary and may occasionally include earlier or later shifts depending on show schedules, shipments, and business needs.
What We Are Looking For
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Moderate computer skills and the ability to learn and use company systems.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Retail, inventory, warehouse, or stock room experience is preferred but not required.
