Overview
The FP&A Manager is responsible for supporting strategic financial planning, deal evaluation, operational analysis, and business decision-making across the organization. This role will lead financial modeling initiatives, prepare due diligence and investment analysis materials, maintain cost workbooks, and manage SLA credit calculations and reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and variance analyses.
  • Analyze operational and financial trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support long-range planning and scenario analysis.
Deal Modeling & Strategic Analysis
  • Build detailed deal models for new business opportunities, partnerships, customer contracts, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate pricing structures, margins, profitability, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and risk assessments to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and executive leadership on deal structuring and financial impacts.
Due Diligence Support
  • Prepare due diligence packages for acquisitions, financing activities, strategic partnerships, and customer engagements.
  • Coordinate financial data requests and documentation with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Analyze historical financials, forecasts, operational metrics, and key business risks.
  • Support integration planning and post-transaction financial analysis as needed.
Cost Workbook Management
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance cost workbooks and pricing models used across the business.
  • Monitor cost assumptions, labor allocations, overhead structures, and operational expenses.
  • Partner with operations and procurement teams to improve cost visibility and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
SLA Credit Calculations & Reporting
  • Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) credit calculations and reporting processes.
  • Validate SLA performance metrics and ensure accurate customer credit assessments.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer success, and billing teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze SLA trends and recommend operational improvements to reduce exposure.
Reporting & Business Partnership
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes as needed.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to department leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives within finance operations.
Experience & QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Financial modeling
    • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Deal analysis
    • Due diligence support
    • Cost analysis and workbook management
    • SLA credit calculations and reporting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and BI/reporting platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or related certification preferred.
  • Experience in technology, logistics, manufacturing, telecom, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
