Job description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in Eastern and Central states in the United States.

You are passionate about product marketing and the business value it creates

As part of our team, you will help shape market perception, enable the field, and ensure our value proposition resonates with customers globally. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Stibo Systems and engage with customers and partners to drive alignment and growth.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop sales enablement materials, including messaging frameworks, battlecards, presentations, and customer-facing collateral, and deliver training to help sales teams effectively position and sell our solutions.
  • Serve as the expert on our buyers, including their business challenges, buying behaviors, and decision-making criteria.
  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for new products, major releases, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Serve as a product evangelist and thought leader through customer engagements, webinars, speaking opportunities, and written content.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to understand industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
  • Understand and document the buyer journey and use customer insights to influence and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with demand generation, digital marketing, and web teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

You bring a successful track record of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and commercializing complex enterprise technology. You are skilled at translating technical capabilities into clear business value, building relationships across diverse stakeholders, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.

In addition, you have:

  • 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market, or related enterprise software experience, including significant experience in customer-facing or market-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), AI, CRM, or SaaS markets is strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers, prospects, partners, and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated success commercializing complex technology solutions and translating technical capabilities into clear business value for customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience developing and delivering sales enablement programs for global field organizations is highly desirable.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Seismic, Highspot, or Showpad is a plus.
  • Experience marketing enterprise software solutions in a global environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
