Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Specialist to handle the setup and maintenance of Partner / Party accounts within our system (s), with the occasional project related work. Your primary focus will be the accurate entry of data and the careful verification of all "Partner / Party Creator" and "Approver" requests to ensure system integrity and operational efficiency. The Partner / Party Support Specialist will accurately input new Partner / Party and Approver information into our system (s) based on internal and external requests, perform routine audits of existing records to ensure all fields are up to date and correctly formatted, and are comfortable working in database-driven software (Resware experience is a plus, but not required). AI experience appreciated but not required.Job Responsibilities
  • Specifically focused on maintaining party and partner records and relationships within multiple title productions systems.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks

  • Conduct meetings/sessions to design solutions that meet business needs

  • Create and design solutions that assists operations in meeting core business objectives

  • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion

  • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

  • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy

Education
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
