Job description

Position Overview

Let It Fly Flag Football, founded in 1991, is a premier 4 on 4 Flag Football Tour that has thrilled thousands of participants across the country. We are now offering local territorial licenses to qualified, passionate individuals or small teams to operate their own Let It Fly Football Club.

As a territorial licensee, you will have exclusive rights to run Let It Fly 4 on 4 flag football youth skills & drills camps, clinics, tournaments, beach football events, and related non-contact flag football programs in your designated area. This entrepreneurial opportunity allows you to own and grow a local flag football business under the established Let It Fly brand, with top-performing campers and teams qualifying for the annual Let It Fly Bowl National Championship โ€” an exciting Flag Football Festival.

The role combines a love for flag football with business ownership, focusing on youth skill development, community engagement, and fun, competitive 4-on-4 play through high-quality camps and events. It is ideal for former players, coaches, camp directors, or sports entrepreneurs who want to deliver safe, high-energy flag football experiences to kids, teens, and families.

(Note: Let It Fly has partnered with MVP360 to expand international flag football camps, creating additional growth opportunities.)

Key Responsibilities
  • Camp Planning & Operations: Organize and execute engaging Let It Fly youth skills & drills camps, clinics, tournaments, beach football events, and other non-contact flag football programs. Secure venues (parks, fields, indoor facilities, or beaches), handle scheduling, registrations, and day-to-day camp logistics.
  • Youth Skills Development: Run dynamic, age-appropriate flag football camps focused on fundamental skill-building through circuits, drills, combines, 4-on-4 gameplay, and fun competitions. Emphasize route running, catching, throwing, flag pulling, defense, speed, agility, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a safe, inclusive environment for ages typically 6โ€“18.
  • Participant Recruitment & Management: Promote camps and events to youth, families, and all skill levels. Manage registrations, collect tuition and fees, and ensure every camper receives plenty of hands-on instruction and playing time.
  • Staff & Coaching: Recruit, train, and supervise coaches, instructors, referees, and volunteers. Deliver high-quality coaching and create positive, memorable camp experiences for all participants.
  • Marketing & Community Building: Build local awareness via social media, school partnerships, recreation departments, and community organizations. Drive camp enrollment and sponsorships to grow your territory.
  • Revenue Generation: Earn income through camp tuition, tournament entries, event fees, merchandise, concessions, and local sponsorships. Manage budgets and aim for profitable operations.
  • Brand Compliance & Safety: Uphold Let It Fly standards, maintain proper insurance and liability coverage, enforce safety protocols (non-contact flag rules), and ensure all camps are welcoming, accessible, and focused on positive youth development.
  • National Pathway: Help identify and prepare talented campers and teams for the Let It Fly Bowl National Championship. Coordinate with the national team for branding, promotional support, and event alignment. Leverage the MVP360 partnership for potential international camp expansion opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Passion for Flag Football: Strong knowledge of flag football rules, strategies, and youth skill development. Prior playing, coaching, or youth sports camp experience is highly preferred.
  • Camp & Event Management Experience: Proven track record organizing youth sports camps, clinics, tournaments, or similar programs. Entrepreneurial drive with solid business and organizational skills.
  • Leadership & People Skills: Ability to motivate staff, engage parents and young campers, and foster a positive, energetic camp atmosphere.
  • Local Market Insight: Familiarity with your areaโ€™s youth sports scene, parks, schools, and recreational facilities.
  • Practical Requirements: Flexible schedule (mornings/afternoons during summer and school breaks for camps, plus weekends for events). Reliable transportation, valid driverโ€™s license, background check clearance (for working with youth), and basic computer/social media proficiency.
  • Business Mindset: Comfortable with the self-employed licensing model and focused on growing a successful local youth flag football camp program.

Benefits

What We Offer (as a Licensee)
  • Exclusive Territorial Rights to operate Let It Fly youth camps, clinics, tournaments, beach football, and events in your area.
  • Use of the Let It Fly brand, established since 1991 with a strong national reputation and the annual Let It Fly Bowl.
  • Low entry investment โ€” exclusive territories available for a minimal licensing fee.
  • Support from the national Let It Fly organization, including branding materials, marketing guidance, and operational assistance.
  • Pathway for your local campers to showcase their skills at the national level.
  • Partnership synergy with MVP360 for flag football camps, opening doors to broader (including international) opportunities.
  • The chance to own your own โ€œFootball Clubโ€ and make a lasting impact through fun, skill-building youth flag football camps.
Compensation

This is a self-employed territorial license opportunity. Your earnings are performance-based and derived from camp tuition, event fees, and sponsorships in your exclusive territory. Low initial investment required to secure and launch your operations. We offer a 60/40 split. 60% of the net profits generated by registrations and 100% of the concessions and local sponsorship goes to the operator.
