Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Grader Operator. The Grader Operator will be responsible for efficiently handling equipment to support earthworks, grading, excavation, and other construction activities while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, and grading machinery to complete construction tasks.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and job specifications to carry out work accurately.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other crew members to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assist with equipment transport, site cleanup, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment in a similar role.
