Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-Beam Sterilization Engineer to oversee and optimize electron beam (E-Beam) sterilization processes for medical devices, pharmaceutical products, and other materials. The engineer will be responsible for process development, validation, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of E-Beam sterilization systems to ensure product safety and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and maintain E-Beam sterilization processes in compliance with ISO 11137, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Design and execute sterilization validation protocols, dose mapping, and routine dosimetry studies.
  • Monitor and analyze sterilization data to ensure process consistency, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams on sterilization-related activities.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting equipment, process deviations, and non-conformances.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of E-Beam sterilization equipment.
  • Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory) by providing technical documentation and expertise.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sterilization efficiency, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Train staff and ensure compliance with safety guidelines in handling E-Beam technology.
