Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Sterile Processing Educator to join our Central Services team in La Crosse, WI.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure that standards of operation are in compliance with the standards set by all regulatory agencies.
  • Education activities include standardized curriculum development and updates, department orientation, introductory training of reprocessing staff, ongoing education, mandatory department training and vendor in-services.
  • Provide instructions and/or in-services on new products, procedures and equipment to ensure the best possible support for our customers and the highest possible care for our patients.

What You'll Need:
  • Sterile Processing Educator requirements: High School Diploma or equivalency AND completion of an approved surgical tech or sterile processing tech program OR High School Diploma or equivalency AND either Certified Registered Central Services Technician (CRCST) OR Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech (CSPDT) upon hire
  • 3-5 years of sterile processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
