What types of projects do Step Interns typically work on and how does this experience contribute to their professional development?

Step Interns often participate in real-world projects under the guidance of experienced engineers, focusing on tasks such as coding, debugging, and collaborating on team-based software solutions. These projects are designed to help interns develop technical skills, gain exposure to industry-standard tools, and learn best practices in software engineering.
