Are you ready to make a difference? Key Energy Services has immediate openings in our Williston, ND location for a KeyView Account Coordinator 1!
Key Energy Services, LLC has provided services in the oil and gas industry since 1977! We have been around for a long time and looking for individuals who want to help us continue to grow into the future!
We are currently looking for individuals who are ready to take the next step and start a career with our team! KeyView is a proprietary system that we use on our equipment to capture electronic data that we can use to improve processes, equipment maintenance, and operational excellence. The KeyView Account Coordinator 1 position plays a vital role in assisting the Operations Team by analyzing important data for continuous improvement of job quality and efficiency.
Job Type
This position is full-time shift work led by a manager.
What a KeyView Account Coordinator 1 does:
  • Performs analysis of Key View data for improvement opportunities, including developing better and more effective reporting.
  • Provides important training and support for operations staff for accurate data.
  • Gathers and ensures relevancy and validity of rig operation data necessary information and prepares documentation for process improvements.

What we need from you:
  • This is an experienced position! We would like it if you have a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a related function and/or data analysis and reporting.
  • We would like you to have excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a professional setting.
  • Our working environment is fast paced! We need you to be able to collaborate with the other members of the team to communicate and solve problems.
  • Proficiency with computers is important for this role! If you are highly skilled in Microsoft applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, you will be able to create the charts, reports, and other data visuals necessary to identify trends and opportunities for improvement!
  • A pre-employment drug and alcohol screen are required.
  • We also need you to have an acceptable criminal and motor vehicle background check.
  • While we like to say that age is just a number, we are only able to hire people over the age of 18. If you are under 18, mark it on the calendar to apply after you turn 18!
  • We need you to be able to be able to provide proof that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Associates degree or completion of Business or Technical school a plus.
