TRS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cardiac Step Down Unit Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Fort Defiance, AZ. Shift: 3x12 hr flex Start Date: 09/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $3368.49 / Week

TRS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse that is licensed in AZ to work in the specialty area of Intensive Care Unit - Cardiac. (Compact license acceptable)

  • This is a 13 week assignment
  • The shift is 36/48 (12 Hr , 3 one week & 4 next).
  • The start date for this assignment is 09/01/2026

The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
Minimum Requirements Include:

  • 2 years of recent experience as a RN
  • 1 year of recent experience specializing in Cardiac - ICU
  • Current RN license within the state of practice. (Compact license acceptable)
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
