JOB TITLE: Aerobics Instructor

LOCATION: Whiteman Air Force Base, MI 65305

DUTIES :

  • Provide instruction for classes to Cycling, power pimp, advanced step aerobics, Indoor yoga, body toning, turbo kick and kickboxing at the base gym.
  • Teach and supervise students using lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory workshop sessions, seminars, case studies, field assignments and independent or group projects.
  • Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials and course outlines.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness,
  • Certificate in Fitness Instructing
  • Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.
  • Possesses one of the following certifications:
  1. American Council of Exercise (ACE)
  2. American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
  3. Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)
  4. The Cooper Institute (CI)
  5. International Association of Resistance Trainer (IFPA)
