  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by accurately documenting patient interactions and treatment plans within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Engage actively in case consultations and staff meetings to enrich your practice and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in trauma therapy, continuously enhancing your skill set.

You will primarily work with individuals affected by trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, and the approach to their care is tailored to reflect their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

  • In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations while managing multiple caseloads.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications required for clinical documentation.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
