As  Floater, you will:
 
  • Support lead and assistant teachers across classrooms by helping implement our proprietary curriculum and engaging learning activities.
  • Assist in creating a fun, nurturing, and structured environment where children can learn, play, and grow using TLE’s engaging characters and materials.
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to provide consistent care and support throughout the center as needed.
  • Communicate positively with parents and families by sharing children’s daily activities, milestones, and achievements through mobile apps and in-person interactions.
